Centennial is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain and improve the physical asset of our properties. The role covers HVAC care, minor repairs, and extensive work orders to keep centers operating smoothly and safely.

You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities Manager, and General Manager, handling tasks from painting to electrical and plumbing, with a focus on reliable, compliant maintenance and event support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; HVAC, construction trades or building maintenance certification desired.
• 1–3 years’ experience as Maintenance Tech or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, positive approach to job, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with CMMS.

Responsabilités

• Maintain day-to-day operations and property assets under supervision.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems with basic repair and planned maintenance.
• Complete work orders in CMMS including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, lighting, flooring and repairs.
• Support property activities including event setup and takedown.
• Keep records of maintenance programs, projects and activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, unobstructed work environment for tenants and vendors.
• Promote SEE Centennial sustainability and energy efficiency goals.
