Job summary

Centennial Bank is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks at branch locations, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety-related repairs. The role supports day-to-day operations and helps ensure facilities remain functional and safe.

You will handle preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and keeping tools, parts, and records organized, with tickets tracked through Service Now; a valid driver's license is required and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with specialized schooling or on-the-job training in a skill area plus 5 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong communication skills and ability to respond to questions clearly.
• Basic mechanical and technical aptitude relevant to facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs at branch locations.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment; complete tickets in Service Now.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and maintain safe, clean work sites.
• Move furniture, maintain storage areas, and assist with preventive maintenance.
