Job summary

ccare is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support daily operations, perform minor maintenance, and assist with logistics and deliveries. Reporting to the Facilities Officer, you will help keep office facilities functional and well maintained.

You will handle basic electrical, plumbing and repair tasks, maintain vehicles and tools, manage deliveries, monitor maintenance issues, and adhere to safety standards while supporting multiple units as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical support and hands-on repair work.
• Plumbing and electrical skills with a practical approach.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently when required.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to assist across operational areas and units.

Responsibilities

• Assist the administrative office with the delivery of documents, payments, and other official items when required.
• Conduct minor electrical, plumbing, and general repair work, and perform routine maintenance to ensure collection center office facilities remain functional and well maintained.
• Support the Facilities Officer with facilities-related duties and projects.
• Maintain the vehicle and any assigned tools or equipment in good working conditions.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues within the facilities.
• Follow all safety standards and regulations related to transportation and facility maintenance.
