Job summary

CCI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and clean our facility's equipment, buildings, and grounds in alignment with our property management standards. Join a nationwide real estate platform focused on affordable housing and grow your career in a hands-on role.

You will perform inspections, fix minor issues, report hazards, manage supplies, and apply carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting skills to keep our properties safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• At least three years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required.
• HVAC certificate is helpful but not required.
• A valid and current driver''s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize a range of skills including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and more to conduct maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.
