Job summary

CCMC, a community management company, is seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform routine and preventative maintenance, keep facilities clean, and support event setups across a resort-like campus.

You will troubleshoot basic electrical and plumbing needs, perform carpentry tasks, use ladders and lifts, and document logs. A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required, with a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience and ability to perform routine tasks.
• Able to use ladders and lifts safely.
• Good communication with managers and residents; documentation of logs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work from basic repairs to more complex tasks.
• Lighting checks, door/lock maintenance, caulking and painting.
• Minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance and furniture repairs.
• Clean areas around pool and common spaces; support event setups.
• Maintain and review logs and reports; ensure safety procedures.
