Description

As an Assistant Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Manage the repair and maintenance of all equipment and facilities
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Painting, prepping and maintaining both internal and exterior surfaces
• Troubleshoot issues related to logic controllers, HVAC systems, low voltage, construction and other facility systems
• Review and interpret schematics for equipment repairs
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Brightly) for tracking work orders and inventory
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair in various areas and cleaning of designated areas, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards, including keeping storage and fire exits clutter free
• Respond quickly and efficiently to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and keep facilities operational
• Specific projects as and when asked by the management.
