Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Facilities Technician for a client project in Palm Bay, FL. This is a full-time contract (12 months) onsite on first shift, Mon-Fri, with travel across 5 Brevard sites using a company vehicle.

You will support as a skilled HVAC technician, handle replacements, and coordinate with contractors to meet program requirements. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of HVAC experience as a Refrigerant Mechanic, holds a valid driver's license, and is proficient with CMMS,

Qualifications

• 6–8 years' experience as HVAC certified Refrigerant Mechanic.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Experience coordinating contractors and interfacing with customers to meet program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support as a skilled technician and perform replacements.
• Coordinate work of contractors and interface with customers.
• Travel to five sites across Brevard in a company vehicle.
• On-call for program-critical equipment issues.
• Use tracking software to ensure components are installed and tracked.
• Report HVAC issues, repairs and replacements to management.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Facilities Technician.

Position Type: Full-time contract, Possible Contract to Hire Duration: 12 months Location: Palm Bay, FL 32905 (Onsite/1st shift/Mon-Fri)

As an Facilities Technician you will:

• Provide support as a skilled technician (replacement).
• Requires 10-20 years' HVAC experience, requires basic mastery of HVAC elements.
• This Tech D will coordinate work of contractors and interface with customers to accommodate all program requirements.
• You must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a company vehicle to travel to all 5 sites in Brevard.
• Will be on call for Program critical equipment issues.
• Support HVAC requests for repairs/replacement of 3.5M SF in 76 buildings spread across 5 locations.
• Use tracking software to ensure components are accurately installed, tracked, etc.
• Interface with all levels of the organization to report on HVAC issues/repairs/replacements.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• 6-8 years' experience in HVAC certified Refrigerant Mechanic.
• Role is customer focused; metric driven and has an expectation of timely completion and close out of Work Orders.
• Will work in a diverse and changing environment supporting many internal and external customers simultaneously.
• Valid driver's License.
• Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Self-starter with good written and verbal communications skills.
• Microsoft Suite basic skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range*: $35-$38/hr *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
