Innova Solutions is seeking a Facilities Technician for the Plano, TX onsite role. The position is a full-time contract (possible contract to hire) with a 12-month duration and first shift schedule (7:00 AM–4:30 PM Mon-Thu, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Fri).

Responsibilities include facility maintenance, trades work, and inspections. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 1–2 years related experience, and may require

• Performs trades work, such as carpentry or painting, in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures.
• Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, drawings, and specifications.
• Requires knowledge of applicable standards or regulations, and may require specific trade certifications.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Facilities Technician.

Position Type: Full time contract, Possible Contract to Hire

Duration: 12months

Location: Plano, TX 75074 (Onsite/1st shift/7:00AM – 4:30 PM M-Th & 7:00AM-3:30PM for on Friday)

As a Facilities Technician you will:

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 1 to 2 years of prior related experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $24-$26/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
