Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Facilities Support in Yorba Linda, CA for a full-time, 12-month contract. The role covers preventive and reactive maintenance on facilities and limited manufacturing equipment, with routine inspections of fire safety and facility grounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide Preventative & Reactive maintenance on facilities equipment and grounds.
• Limited Preventative & Reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Routine inspections of Fire Safety Systems.
• Routing inspections of Facility and Grounds.
• Basic carpentry and maintenance of facility structure.
• Coordinate with vendors on contracted work.
• Basic troubleshooting/repairs on Electrical, Plumbing, walls & floors.
• Use ladders and lifts.
• Understand health and safety regulations (NFPA, DOT, ANSI, OSHA).
• Proficient in MS Office.

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Facilities Support. Position Type: Full time Contract Duration: 12months Location: Yorba Linda, CA, 92887 Schedule: 4/10, M-TH

As a Facilities Support you will:

• Provide Preventative & Reactive maintenance on facilities equipment and grounds.
• Limited Preventative & Reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Routine Inspections of Fire Safety Systems.
• Routing Inspections of Facility and Grounds.
• Basic Carpentry and maintenance of facility physical structure.
• Coordinating with vendors on contracted work.
• Basic trouble shooting/repairs on Electrical, Plumbing, walls & floors.
• Utilizing ladders and lifts.
• Understanding of applicable health and safety regulations and industrial standards and practices such as NFPA, DOT, ANSI, OSHA, etc.
• Proficient computer skills and MS Office.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experience.
• Developing job knowledge/skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with using a facility and equipment CMMS (e.g. Faciliworks)
• OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and/or other related education or professional credentials a plus.
• HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical certifications a plus.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range*: $43 to $45/per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
