Job summary

JLL seeks a Technical Manager to join its Facilities Maintenance team in Michigan. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize building systems including dock doors, HVAC, PLCs, and BMS, ensuring reliable operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial controls, strong problem-solving, and a commitment to safety. On-site duties with opportunities for professional growth and cost-saving initiatives are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve PM tasks and work orders daily.
• Maintain and optimize building systems (HVAC, PLCs, BMS) and coordination with contractors.
• Provide after-hours support for critical facility systems.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for the Facility Team.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians on Maximo and procedures.
