Job summary

JLL is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the maintenance and operations for critical environments across a regional MI portfolio, ensuring reliable electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems. You will drive performance, safety, and client satisfaction while coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires 5–7 years in facilities management with strong leadership, data analysis skills, and experience with building automation systems.

Qualifications

• Work experience in Facilities Management with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for efficient operations and maintenance of facility systems across a dispersed regional portfolio.
• Maintain client satisfaction and strong client relationships for facility services.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate maintenance teams and vendors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee on-site inspections and energy conservation initiatives.
