Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Technical Manager for the Facilities Maintenance team in Michigan. The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing building systems, including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and BMS platforms, with a emphasis on continuous improvement and cost savings.

Responsibilities include managing Maximo PMs and Corrigo work orders, providing after-hours support, documenting procedures, and mentoring technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Electrical/Controls Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience with industrial control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve Maximo PM tasks, Corrigo work orders, and client service calls daily.
• Maintain and optimize BMS/Tridium platforms in coordination with contractors.
• Provide emergency after-hours support for critical facility systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports; update TIS documents and facility drawings in dual locations.
• Mentor maintenance technicians on Maximo, IT systems, and technical procedures; assist with supervisory tasks.
