Landmark Properties seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Conroe, TX to oversee the facilities program and lead the Facilities Team. This role ensures timely completion of service requests, manages the Preventative Maintenance program, and guides capital projects while upholding asset value and safety.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in facilities maintenance, CPO/EPA certifications, and proficiency with Entrata and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and budgeting skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in Facilities Maintenance.
• CPO and EPA certifications are required.
• Working knowledge of Entrata or similar property management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Complete all assigned service requests and repairs promptly.
• Conduct daily inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships for capital projects and annual Turn contracts.
• Lead Facilities Team members and assist in budgeting for maintenance items.
