Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of facilities maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Conduct daily community inspections for maintenance and safety.
• Establish relationships with vendors and manage capital projects bidding.
• Order, maintain, and manage inventory within budget.
• Lead the Facilities Team and coordinate on-call/after-hours maintenance.
