Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for The Everstead at Conroe to oversee the facilities program, lead the Facilities Team, and ensure timely completion of service requests and preventive maintenance. The role focuses on safety, budget adherence, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in facilities maintenance, CPO and EPA certifications, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Weekend on-call emergency coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service requests, repairs, and the Preventative Maintenance program.
• Inspect the community daily for maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors for capital projects and annual Turn contracts.
• Order, maintain, and manage inventory of supplies and tools within budget.
• Communicate with the Community Manager regarding maintenance and budget items.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and development of Facilities Team members.
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance after-hours and weekends.
