Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks a Facilities Operations Specialist to cover for a Maintenance Supervisor as needed, supporting maintenance programs across the portfolio. You will collaborate with Regional Directors to preserve asset value and lead on-site teams when required.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication, with duties ranging from inspections and turnover planning to budgeting support and vendor coordination. Up to 90% travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as interim Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as needed, including on-call weekends.
• Conduct annual property assessments and life safety inspections.
• Assist site teams with weekly inspections and documentation.
• Support annual turnover planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with Landmark policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with budget management and vendor bids.
• Train maintenance staff on standard operating procedures.
