Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Sunnyvale to lead the team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed efficiently. The role is part of Facilities Management and supports Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

You will supervise daily activities, manage schedules, and act as liaison among landlords, tenants, and providers. Strong MS Office skills and 5+ years of supervisory experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of job-related experience; prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and numerical skills for budgeting and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team''s daily activities; set work schedules and assign tasks.
• Serve as point of contact for escalated communications with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order reports and present performance updates to management.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfecting schedules for the building.
• Evaluate new vendors by market research and cost/benefit analysis.
• Track facility expenses and justify expenditures.
