Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee approximately 80,000 square feet of office space in Mountain View, CA. You will supervise one team member and collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality maintenance and repairs.

You will lead daily activities, manage escalations, and support budget planning while ensuring operations run smoothly and occupants experience a well-maintained environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of facilities experience.
• Familiarity with budgeting principles and financial processes.
• Proven track record delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in using a CMMS to track and manage work orders.
• Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts in facilities.
• Clear communication of complex concepts and sensitive information.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional organizational skills and analytical mindset.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the team, schedule tasks, and conduct performance reviews.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated communications between landlords, tenants, and service providers.
• Organize and oversee routine maintenance of building equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate short- and long-term projects with Facilities Manager.
• Analyze work orders data and generate performance reports with improvement recommendations.
• Manage vendors and conduct evaluations to support procurement decisions.
