Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in California to oversee roughly 80,000 square feet and supervise a maintenance team. You will coordinate vendors, manage daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and keep occupants comfortable.

You will partner with landlords, tenants, and service providers, analyze work orders, monitor budgets, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. A minimum 5 years in facilities and CMMS proficiency are required, with strong MS Office skills and clear

5+ years of relevant facilities experience.
Proficient with a CMMS to track and manage work orders.
Budgeting principles and financial processes understanding.
Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate team’s daily activities, scheduling, task assignment, and cross-training.
Serve as primary contact for escalated communications between landlords, tenants, and service providers.
Organize and oversee routine maintenance of building equipment and safety compliance.
Plan and execute short- and long-term projects with Facilities Manager.
Analyze work orders and generate performance reports, recommending improvements.
Manage vendors and conduct vendor evaluations for procurement decisions.
Monitor facility expenses and assist with budget preparation and POs.
Lead by example and mentor team members to align with CBRE values.
