Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead daily maintenance, ensure safe warehouse operations, and coordinate preventive maintenance programs across building systems and material handling equipment.

You will collaborate with site leadership to minimize downtime, manage vendors, and uphold safety standards, including OSHA-compliant practices. A high school diploma is required, with 3 years in maintenance and CMMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years maintenance-related experience in facilities, warehouse, or manufacturing.
• Experience supervising maintenance or facilities teams in industrial settings.
• Working knowledge of preventive maintenance and CMMS.
• Experience coordinating repairs, vendors, or service providers.
• Warehouse/industrial environment experience preferred.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility and maintenance activities to support safe, uninterrupted warehouse operations.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for facility systems and equipment.
• Inspect facility and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Manage building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, dock equipment, racking, life-safety).
• Coordinate maintenance for material handling equipment and other operational gear.
• Review work orders, set priorities, allocate resources, and track progress.
• Ensure vendor/contractor performance meets safety and quality standards.
• Maintain CMMS records and maintenance documentation.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and facility project planning.
