The role requires 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; maintenance certifications or degree preferred.
5+ years general facilities maintenance/repair experience or equivalent.
Must be able to work in warehouse temperature variations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train facilities specialists for maintenance and simple repairs.
Perform preventative maintenance on building and equipment; oversee inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
Inspect, diagnose and repair equipment and furnishings; ensure safe operations and reporting of issues.
Operate or supervise use of tools and equipment including forklifts while maintaining safety standards.
