Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in facilities or maintenance management, strong leadership, and experience with budgets and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in facilities management, engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including building maintenance, utilities, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and structural integrity.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for warehouse infrastructure and equipment.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with internal teams and external contractors.
• Monitor facility condition and address issues proactively to minimize downtime.
