Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Fort Worth seeks a Facilities Supervisor, Maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation of the facility and equipment. You will train and lead a team of facilities specialists in plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical and electrical tasks, perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years in facilities maintenance, forklift certification, and ability to work in warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; maintenance certifications or degree preferred
• 5+ years of general facilities maintenance experience
• Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and equipment; supervise general maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, custodial)
• Perform preventive maintenance on building and equipment systems; inspect and coordinate routine site inspections
• Inspect, diagnose and repair facility equipment; ensure safe, compliant work environment
• Identify safety hazards, report and correct them; maintain safe work site during repairs
• Operate common hand/power tools and certified forklift; follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Perform grounds maintenance and ensure cleanliness of warehouse and work area
• Flexibility to work on-call or shift changes as needed
