Job summary

Senior Solutions, Inc. is seeking a competent facilities maintenance leader to oversee all maintenance activities, stay within budget, and ensure a safe, clean environment for residents, staff and visitors.

You will supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, manage inventories and budgets, and coordinate with staff and executives to maintain operations and safety standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of building systems and a commitment to safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; English literacy essential.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and facility systems.
• Experience with budgeting and preventive/corrective maintenance programs.
• Ability to read plans, manage inventories and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, preparation and control of supplies, equipment, repairs and budgets.
• Ensure a safe, sanitary environment for residents, visitors and staff.
• Maintain professional relations with residents, families, employees and the public.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance per the maintenance manual.
• Manage safety inspections and compliance with safety policies.
• Maintain on-site inventory and procure supplies as needed.
• Participate in annual repair budgets and report variances to Executive Director.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with staff, consultants and Executive Director.
