Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is seeking an experienced Facilities Shift Supervisor to oversee on-site facilities operations during shifts without the Project Manager. The role requires leadership to direct maintenance and repair activities and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

The position emphasizes strong English communication, safety awareness, and the ability to lead a team in a large, complex facility environment.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent required with 4 years of supervisory experience in facilities operations.
• Experience supervising operation and maintenance of building equipment and systems in large facilities (≈300,000+ sq ft).
• Knowledge of workplace safety, maintenance procedures and service quality standards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills; strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site working supervisor during shifts not covered by the Project Manager.
• Make critical decisions and oversee contract operations in the Project Manager’s absence.
• Direct and coordinate maintenance, repair, and operation of building equipment and systems.
• Monitor activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements, standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate personnel and work assignments to support continuous facility operations.
• Identify operational issues, address maintenance concerns, and elevate significant problems.
