Nutrition 101 LLC seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operation of all equipment and facilities. You will manage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize workflows.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and support production needs.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or lead experience in industrial settings.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and scheduling.
• Familiarity with CMS or maintenance tracking systems (CMMS).
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and a maintenance team.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and work orders.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support technicians with repairs.
• Maintain safety compliance and inspections across the facility.
• Record inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities in CMMS or logs.
