You will direct daily maintenance, develop preventive schedules, manage spare parts, lead maintenance staff, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and responsible budgeting for facility

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance or facilities operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to oversee preventive maintenance and safety.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with cross-functional groups.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Direct daily maintenance operations, including building structural repairs and equipment upkeep to maximize operational uptime.
• Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all critical facility assets.
• Manage spare parts inventory levels to ensure rapid response times for essential repairs.
• Champion a proactive safety culture by maintaining OSHA compliance, managing hazardous material logs, and overseeing emergency evacuation protocols.
• Lead and mentor custodial and maintenance staff, overseeing performance reviews, professional development, and team engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives and mitigate operational risks.
• Participate in the formulation of annual capital and operating budgets for facility equipment.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Strong technical proficiency in industrial electrical systems, motors, switch gears, and HVAC systems.
• Advanced mechanical aptitude regarding bearings, shafts, speed reducers, and fire suppression systems.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and hazardous material documentation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights up to 50 feet.
