CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Louisville, KY to lead the team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to complete work orders.

This role is part of CBRE's Facilities Management portfolio, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment planning. You will supervise daily operations, manage schedules, review reports, and drive efficiency while upholding CBRE's RISE values and commitment to client satisfaction.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
• Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
• Exceptional math skills; ability to calculate percentages, discounts and markups.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish schedules and cross-train staff.
• Serve as the point of contact between landlords, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance reports to management; suggest efficiency improvements.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfecting schedules.
• Conduct market research and compare costs when evaluating new vendors.
• Track regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
• Resolve complex problems and guide the team to meet objectives.
• Possibly establish new techniques to meet objectives and impact customer outcomes.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; build consensus.
