Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium buildings. You will lead a team and coordinate with technicians, vendors, and contractors to ensure reliable service.

The role sits in the Facilities Management function, supporting Property Managers with repairs, upgrades, and capital projects while maintaining client relationships and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required; Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, measuring, and rewarding performance.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and set expectations.
• Leadership and organizational skills with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Schedule daily activities, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest upgrades and efficiencies.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and review quotes for parts and labor.
• Conduct process training on maintenance, repairs, and safety.
• Lead by example aligned with CBRE RISE values; drive collaboration.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day issues in systems and processes.
