Job summary

Madix, Inc in Terrell, TX is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance of building facilities and grounds. You will manage janitorial and groundskeeping staff, and develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in facilities management, with a preferred Bachelor's degree. Strong knowledge of building systems and leadership, budgeting, and vendor management are essential for success in
