Job Description

As a Facilities & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing facility operations, managing maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to provide a safe, sustainable, and efficient workplace for all employees.

A component of this role is collaborating with a third‑party vendor responsible for safety and environmental compliance, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of facilities and maintenance staff to ensure the facilities are in optimal condition.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce facility downtime.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for repairs and facility projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage facility budgets, including forecasting and monitoring expenses.
  • Oversee space planning and allocation, ensuring efficient utilization of space and resources.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and safety protocols.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the facilities team and other departments.
