Job summary

Madix in Terrell, TX is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance of our buildings and grounds. You will lead janitorial and groundskeeping staff, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and coordinate with external vendors to keep facilities running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of facilities management experience, knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and strong leadership.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
