Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services seeks a seasoned Facility Manager to lead site operations, safety, and maintenance through CMMS, ensuring KPI targets and client satisfaction.

The FM will coordinate with technicians and subcontractors, drive reliability improvements, and present performance to stakeholders. This role requires 7–10 years of experience, strong leadership, and CMMS/Corrigo expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-10 years of facilities management and leadership experience.
• OSHA 10/30 certification; FMP/CFM/SFP a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CMMS experience required; Corrigo a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with management and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate work through the CMMS and manage SLA/KPI delivery.
• Lead safety, quality and performance improvement initiatives with site team.
• Manage small projects, proposals, and scope docs with corporate team.
• Develop action plans and root cause analysis to fix issues.
• Build client relationships and present site performance to stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor safety and performance reviews.
