Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa - Black Hawk is hiring a Facilities Shift Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and ensure efficient practices. The role requires strong leadership, management of preventative maintenance, and a focus on minimizing guest impact through quick response times.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in maintenance management, showcases excellent knowledge of building and HVAC systems, and possesses interpersonal skills to lead a team effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of building systems, including Life Safety.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a Colorado Support Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Development and execution of preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate PM inspections with the Maintenance Schedule/Planner.
• Review and analyze PM inspection reports to develop solutions for equipment failures.

Skills

Experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction

Knowledge of electrical systems

Knowledge of HVAC systems and boilers

Management experience
