Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, components, and devices.
• Proficiency in computers and work-order management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and management.
• Analyze PM inspection reports for recurrent failures.
