Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is seeking an experienced Facilities Shift Supervisor to lead overnight maintenance operations. You will develop and refine a preventive/predictive maintenance program, coordinate PM inspections, and standardize repair techniques to improve reliability and guest satisfaction.

Lead PM technicians, ensure ongoing training and certification access, and collaborate with management to meet daily and long-term departmental goals while minimizing guest disruption.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Excellent knowledge of building systems, including Life Safety.
• Proficiency with Work Order Management software (CMMS).
• Exemplary interpersonal and managerial skills.
• Must be at least 18 and able to obtain Colorado Support Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and/or refine a preventive/predictive maintenance program and coordinate with technicians and management.
• Coordinate PM inspections with the Maintenance Schedule/Planner.
• Specify repair techniques and standards for PM tasks and materials.
• Ensure PM technicians are trained and have access to related schools and certifications.
• continually refine PM procedures to improve reliability and reduce failures.
