Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa - Black Hawk is seeking a Slot Shift Manager to oversee slot floor operations on assigned shifts. You will lead Slot Operations Attendants, ensure efficient, compliant service, and maintain the highest level of integrity.

You will monitor guest service initiatives, handle jackpots, resolve issues, and coordinate with other departments. This role requires five years in slot operations, 21+, gaming license, and strong knowledge of Colorado regulations.

Qualifications

Five years of experience in Slot Operations.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
Strong knowledge of slot floor operations, systems, and jackpot procedures.
Familiar with Colorado Division of Gaming regulations and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Direct all facets of slot floor operations during assigned shifts.
Lead and support Slot Operations Attendants and team members.
Monitor guest service initiatives and jackpot procedures; collect guest information.
Identify opportunities to improve slot team performance and guest satisfaction.
Resolve guest disputes and slot machine issues professionally and promptly.
Support training and onboarding of new Slot Operations Attendants.
Communicate operational issues to the Director of Slot Operations.
Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
