Job summary

Qualifications

• General knowledge of repairs on wood furniture, carpet, drywall, paint, plumbing and electrical.
• Must obtain and maintain OSHA safety certifications.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools.
• Ability to work from schematics, blueprints, sketches, or verbal directions.

Responsibilities

• Check all electrical, lighting and temperature control systems for proper function.
• Perform maintenance duties throughout the casino.
• Repair machinery throughout the casino.
• Keep property in good condition and safe.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Paint the property.
• Operate lifts safely to perform job duties.
• Assist in exterior property maintenance.
• Report failures in electrical or HVAC systems.
• Take on additional projects as assigned.
• Must be able to lift heavy items and work from heights.
• Move around the casino as needed.
