Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is seeking a General Maintenance Engineer for the Swing shift in Black Hawk, Colorado. The role involves inspecting electrical, lighting, and HVAC systems, performing casino-wide maintenance, and repairing machinery to keep the property in top condition.

Qualifications

General knowledge of repairs on wood, carpet, drywall, paint, plumbing, electrical.
Must be able to obtain and maintain OSHA safety certifications.
Ability to operate power and hand tools.
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, sketches, or follow directions.

Responsibilities

Checks electrical, lighting, and temperature control systems to ensure proper functioning.
Performs maintenance duties throughout the casino.
Repairs and maintains machinery throughout the casino.
Keeps property in good condition and maintains a safe, clean work environment.
Paints the property and operates lifts safely to perform duties.
Supports exterior maintenance and reports failures in systems or lighting.
