Responsibilities

Act as General Manager on Duty and oversee daily operations.
During each shift, visit each area and engage with guests and Team Members to promote service.
Adjust staffing to meet business demands and manage daily staffing levels.
Identify and resolve operational deficiencies to maintain top guest service.
Maintain a visible presence on the casino floor and lead by example.
Resolve guest complaints and incidents with professionalism and urgency.
