Job summary

Omiz Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced Facilities Service Manager to lead daily service operations and manage a team of roughly 11 Facilities Coordinators and 2–3 Service Technicians in Signal Hill, CA. The role focuses on coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency services while driving performance through SLA and KPI monitoring.

Ideal candidate will have strong leadership, work order management, and vendor management skills, with CMMS experience (ServiceChannel / Corrigo

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a facilities coordination team.
• Expertise in work order management and technician dispatch.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Experience managing vendors and subcontractors.
• Experience monitoring SLA and KPI performance.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as ServiceChannel, Corrigo or Ecotrak.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Facilities Coordinators and Service Technicians.
• Oversee work orders, technician dispatch, and service scheduling.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency services.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, estimates, and quotes.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, response times, and service quality.
• Handle client escalations and improve service operations.
