We welcome candidates with backgrounds such as Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Supervisor, Service Supervisor, Lead Service Technician, Field Service Supervisor, or Facilities Operations Manager, provided they have the required team leadership and work order management experience. Candidates must demonstrate practical service operations experience and the ability to lead coordinators and technicians while maintaining service quality and meeting performance targets.
- We are looking for a Facilities Service Manager who understands service from the ground up and is ready to lead a growing team.
- Maybe you started your career turning wrenches, troubleshooting equipment, making repairs, or running service calls in restaurant, retail, or commercial facilities.
- Over time, you became the person others relied on — helping quote work, schedule technicians, solve difficult problems, communicate with clients, coordinate vendors, or lead other techs.
- Lead, coach, and develop a growing service team
- Oversee approximately 2 - 3 team members
- Manage repair, maintenance, emergency, and small-project work orders
- Schedule and balance workloads between coordinators and technicians
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, response times, aging, and service performance
- Handle client escalations and help drive solutions
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and subcontractors
- Monitor service quality, pricing, documentation, and follow-through
- Help recruit, interview, onboard, and develop your team
- Improve service processes, workflows, and overall operations
- You have hands-on experience supporting commercial, restaurant, retail, or multi-site facilities and understand what it takes to keep them running.
- You don’t need to be an expert in every trade, but you should have a strong working knowledge of commercial facility repairs and be comfortable discussing:
- You’ve also gained experience on the operational side of service — whether that’s quoting work, dispatching technicians, reviewing scopes, coordinating vendors and subcontractors, communicating with clients, or helping other technicians succeed.
- Experience with ServiceChannel, Corrigo, Ecotrak, CMMS, or similar work-order management platforms is a plus.
- Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with field credibility, good judgment, strong people skills, and a genuine desire to lead and develop a team.
