Job summary

Onni Properties LLC is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance and repair activities across retail sites, ensuring safety and compliance. The role includes coordinating with the facilities team, vendors, and management to address HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance needs while providing strong customer service to tenants.

Qualified candidates have at least five years in facilities management, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of facilities management experience.
• Ability to organize, plan and lead a team of facilities technicians.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Must possess a valid CA driver’s license.
• Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, perform, and/or assign incoming work order requests and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Identify problems and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Ensure work orders are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
• Respond to emergencies and address customer concerns.
• Maintain inventory control for parts and supplies procurement.
• Maintain facility document library and compliance documentation.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to identify deficiencies and repairs.
• Assist with scheduling and obtaining bids from contractors.
