Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the service team (2–3 members).
• Oversee repair, maintenance, emergency, and small-project work orders.
• Schedule and balance workloads between coordinators and technicians.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, response times, aging, and service performance.
• Handle client escalations and drive solutions.
• Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Drive process improvements in service operations.
