Omiz Staffing Solutions (OSS) is seeking a facilities coordinator to oversee repairs, maintenance, and field service for commercial properties in California.

You will lead a team of coordinators and technicians, dispatch work orders, manage SLAs and KPIs, coordinate vendors, and review estimates or scopes of work to keep facilities running smoothly.

Competenze

• Experience in facilities services, field service, facilities coordination, or commercial maintenance.
• Manage repair, preventive maintenance, emergency service, and small-project work orders.
• Previous experience managing or leading a team of facilities coordinators and technicians.
• Hands-on experience receiving, assessing, assigning, and dispatching work orders for repairs.
• Experience coordinating vendors, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Knowledge of commercial facility repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing service schedules, SLAs, KPIs, and response times.
• Experience preparing or reviewing estimates, quotes, bids, or scopes of work.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
