• Ability to work on-call and extended hours including rotating on-call schedule.
• EPA Core, Type I Appliances, Type II HVAC, and Certified Pool Operator certifications are required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff to repair and maintain buildings and facilities.
• Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor work quality.
• Ensure safety training and complete property safety audits as needed.
• Inspect property daily for maintenance needs and potential hazards; monitor budget and inventory.
• Respond to resident requests and ensure service standards are met.
• Share on-call responsibilities, including inclement weather, with maintenance team.
