Job summary

LiveBH in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Service Manager I to coordinate maintenance and repairs across our onsite properties. You will schedule work, oversee a maintenance team, and ensure safety and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Up to 299 units in one community.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently and prioritizes tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance staff and assign work; coordinate with Community Manager.
• Ensure safety training and OSHA compliance; conduct safety audits.
• Inspect property grounds and interior/exterior spaces; oversee repairs.
• Monitor preventive maintenance programs per BH guidelines; manage tools inventory.
• Participate in on-call coverage and respond to resident requests as needed.
