Job summary

CommunityCare HMO Inc. is seeking a Facilities Security Coordinator to help maintain a safe, secure environment at the Member & Resource Center in Tulsa. You will be the visible security presence, assist the public and employees, and oversee incidents.

You will monitor reception, operate access controls, respond to security events, and coordinate with management to ensure spaces and events run safely and smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to monitor and observe surroundings to identify security concerns.
• Ability to assess situations quickly, remain calm under pressure, and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must lift/move up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities throughout the day.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in communications with employees, visitors, vendors, and the public.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure security and safety of all employees and visitors at CommunityCare.
• Monitor reception area, assist guests with check-in/check-out, respond to inquiries, provide directions.
• Maintain lobby areas in a professional, organized, and welcoming manner.
• Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems; report unusual activity.
• Respond to emergencies and disturbances; contact emergency services when needed.
• Conduct routine security rounds and inspect entrances, exits, common areas and parking lots.
• Serve as primary contact for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with setup, configuration, and breakdown of rooms for programs, meetings, rentals, and events.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Perform other duties as required.
