Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using measurement devices (tape measure, micrometer, calipers).
• Proven KPI record-keeping to assess cost impact of equipment and personnel.
• Experience with 5S and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work with diverse personnel levels and backgrounds.
• Proficient with JDE and Microsoft tools.
• Familiarity with PPE, safety standards, and OSHA.
• Strong written and verbal communication with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate contractors and skilled trades.
• Track service requests, ensure timely completion and quality standards.
• Schedule inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and effective working environment.
• Train team on policies and procedures.
