Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience reading measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers or tape measures.
• Experience tracking KPI to analyze cost impact of equipment and staff.
• Familiarity with 5S and continuous improvement activities.
• Comfort working with diverse personnel and levels.
• Experience with JDE and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of PPE, basic safety and OSHA basics.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Track facilities service requests and ensure timely, quality completion.
• Schedule inspections and preventative maintenance for facilities systems.
• Maintain a safe and effective working environment.
• Train team on policies and procedures.
• Request quotes from and coordinate with contractors and skilled trades.
• Make day-to-day decisions for facilities maintenance and on-site contractors.
• Generate and manage spending requisitions for necessary items.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain team members.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.
